Got questions? We've got answers. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us.

What types of vehicles can I store?

We may accommodate RVs, motorhomes, campers, boats with trailers, utility trailers, cars, trucks, and similar vehicles. Acceptance depends on dimensions, condition, and available space.

Is the storage facility indoors or outdoors?

Boyd’s Storage provides outdoor vehicle storage. Vehicles are not stored in enclosed or climate-controlled buildings.

Where is Boyd’s Storage located?

Boyd’s Storage is at 4613 Highway 17, Eastanollee, Georgia 30577. Contact us before traveling to confirm directions and arrival arrangements.

What are the customer access hours?

Current customer access hours are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Special access arrangements require advance approval.

How can I contact Boyd’s Storage?

Call (706) 491-7601 or email techman06@yahoo.com.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Yes. Contact us before visiting so we can confirm availability and provide arrival instructions.

Can I tour the property before renting?

Yes, subject to staff availability. Request a visit in advance rather than arriving without an appointment.

How do I check availability?

Submit a storage inquiry with your vehicle information and expected dates. Staff will review it and respond with current availability.

Does submitting an inquiry reserve a space?

No. An inquiry begins the review process but does not reserve or hold a storage space.

Does receiving a quote reserve a space?

No. A quote provides proposed pricing and terms but does not reserve a space.

When is my storage space confirmed?

Your space is confirmed only after vehicle approval, agreement to the terms, verified payment, space assignment, and final confirmation from Boyd’s Storage.

Can you hold a space while I decide?

Spaces are generally not held without completed arrangements and verified payment. Ask staff whether a temporary hold is available.

Is there a waiting list when the facility is full?

A waiting list may be available. Joining it does not guarantee a space or an availability date.

Can I choose my parking space?

You may share preferences, but final assignments depend on vehicle size, access requirements, safety, and availability.

What vehicle information do you need?

We may request the vehicle type, make, model, year, dimensions, license plate, registration, storage dates, and photographs.

How should I measure my vehicle?

Measure the complete length and widest point, including hitches, trailers, spare tires, ladders, racks, mirrors, and other attachments.

Why do you need the vehicle’s dimensions?

Accurate dimensions help us determine whether the vehicle fits safely in an available storage area.

Can I store a vehicle that does not run?

Non-operational vehicles require advance approval and must not create a safety, environmental, or removal risk.

Does my vehicle need current registration and insurance?

Customers are generally expected to maintain required registration and insurance. Documentation may be requested before confirmation.

Can I store a vehicle with fluid leaks?

No. Vehicles leaking fuel, oil, coolant, sewage, or other fluids may be refused or require immediate removal.

Can I store personal belongings inside my vehicle?

Personal property is left at the customer’s risk. Do not store valuables, hazardous materials, perishable items, firearms, illegal items, or sensitive documents.

Can I store fuel, propane, or batteries?

Properly installed normal vehicle equipment may be permitted. Loose fuel containers, hazardous materials, or unsafe equipment require explicit approval.

Can I use a vehicle cover?

Covers may be allowed if secure, weather-appropriate, and not disruptive to neighboring vehicles. Ask staff first.

How much does storage cost?

Pricing depends on vehicle type, dimensions, duration, space requirements, and availability. Submit an inquiry for a quote.

Are there additional fees?

Any applicable administrative, late, access, cleanup, damage, or other fees should be disclosed in the quote or storage terms.

How long is a quote valid?

The expiration date appears on the quote. Pricing and availability may change after it expires.

What payment methods are accepted?

Contact Boyd’s Storage for current payment methods. Never send card or bank credentials through email, chat, or the portal.

Can I pay through the website?

The website records payment status but does not collect card or bank information. Payment is arranged directly with Boyd’s Storage.

When is payment due?

The required initial payment must be received and verified before an assignment is confirmed. Future due dates follow the agreed terms.

Will I receive a payment receipt?

Boyd’s Storage can record the amount, date, method, reference number, and paid-through date. Ask staff if you need a separate receipt.

What happens if my payment is late?

Late payment may affect access, renewal, or continued storage and may result in fees or other action allowed by the agreement and law. Contact staff early.

Are payments refundable?

Refund eligibility depends on the agreed terms, cancellation date, and whether storage has started. Review your agreement or contact staff.

What must happen before move-in?

The vehicle must be approved, terms agreed, required documents received, payment verified, and a space assigned.

Can I arrive immediately after paying?

No. Wait for final confirmation and access instructions. Payment alone does not authorize entry or confirm a space.

What should I bring on move-in day?

Bring identification, requested vehicle or registration information, proof of insurance if required, and any documents specified by staff.

Will someone help guide me into the space?

Help may be available by arrangement. Customers remain responsible for safely operating and parking their vehicles.

What if my vehicle does not fit the assigned area?

Do not force it into the space. Contact staff immediately so the assignment can be reviewed.

Can someone else deliver my vehicle?

Only with prior authorization. We may require the person’s name and confirmation that they may handle the vehicle.

When does my access begin?

Access begins at the date and time shown in final confirmation. A quote or payment receipt does not automatically authorize access.

How do I enter the property?

Approved customers receive access instructions after their storage arrangement is confirmed.

Will I receive a gate code?

A gate code may be provided when appropriate and only after Boyd’s Storage explicitly authorizes it for your account.

Can I share my gate code?

No. Access codes and entry instructions are private. Contact staff if another authorized person needs access.

What should I do if my access code does not work?

Do not bypass the gate or use another route. Call (706) 491-7601 for assistance.

Can family members or drivers access my vehicle?

Additional people must be authorized in advance. Customers are responsible for anyone they permit to access the facility.

Can I access the property after hours?

Not without advance approval. Standard customer access hours are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Can I work on my vehicle at the facility?

Repairs, maintenance, washing, dumping, fluid changes, and similar activities require explicit approval.

Can I stay overnight in my RV or vehicle?

No. The property is for vehicle storage, not overnight occupancy, camping, or residential use.

Can I plug in my RV or use facility utilities?

Electrical service and other utilities are not included unless specifically stated in your agreement.

Is the facility monitored or secured?

Rely only on security features specifically confirmed by Boyd’s Storage. Outdoor storage does not eliminate weather, theft, vandalism, animal, or accidental-damage risks.

Is Boyd’s Storage responsible for theft or damage?

Customers should maintain suitable insurance. Responsibility is governed by the signed storage terms and applicable law.

Should I remove valuables before storing my vehicle?

Yes. Remove cash, electronics, important documents, unnecessary keys, and other valuable or irreplaceable property.

Who is responsible for securing the vehicle?

The customer is responsible for locking and securing the vehicle unless a different written arrangement is made.

What happens during severe weather?

Outdoor vehicles may face wind, rain, hail, debris, heat, cold, and other conditions. Prepare the vehicle appropriately and maintain insurance.

Will Boyd’s Storage move my vehicle?

A vehicle may be moved when authorized, required for safety or operations, or permitted by the agreement and law.

What if my vehicle damages the property or another vehicle?

The customer may be responsible for damage caused by the vehicle, equipment, leaks, unsecured items, or an authorized driver.

Do I need to keep my contact information current?

Yes. Promptly report changes to your phone, email, mailing address, vehicle information, or authorized contacts.

Can I replace the stored vehicle with another one?

Substitutions require prior approval and may require a new fit review, quote, and assignment.

Can I change my assigned space?

Ask staff to review the request. Changes depend on availability and operational requirements.

How often should I inspect my vehicle?

Inspect it periodically during approved access hours. Routine vehicle maintenance is not provided unless separately agreed.

Will staff notify me if they notice a problem?

Staff may try to contact you about an obvious issue, but customers remain responsible for inspection and maintenance.

Can I receive mail or packages at the facility?

No, unless Boyd’s Storage explicitly approves a specific delivery.

Are pets allowed?

Pets must remain under control and may be restricted. Customers are responsible for cleanup, injury, or damage.

Are children allowed on the property?

Children must remain under close adult supervision because the property contains moving vehicles and other hazards.

How do I extend my storage period?

Contact Boyd’s Storage before the paid-through date. Extensions depend on availability, payment, and updated terms.

How do I cancel before moving in?

Contact staff promptly. Any refund or fee depends on the accepted quote and cancellation terms.

How much notice is required before moving out?

The required notice period appears in your agreement. Contact staff before removing the vehicle.

What should I do on move-out day?

Remove the vehicle and property, leave the area clean, follow exit instructions, and notify staff when move-out is complete.

What happens if I leave items behind?

The customer may be responsible for cleanup, removal, disposal, or related charges under the agreement and law.

What happens if I abandon my vehicle?

Abandoned property is handled under the agreement and Georgia law. Contact us immediately if retrieval is a problem.

Can Boyd’s Storage terminate my arrangement?

Storage may be terminated for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, prohibited activity, false information, repeated violations, or other lawful reasons.

What can I do through the website?

Submit an inquiry, receive quotes and updates, review your request, communicate with staff, and access confirmed storage information.

How do I access my request?

Prospects may receive a secure single-use link. Confirmed clients sign in using their registered Google account.

Why does my portal link expire?

Single-use links expire to protect customer and vehicle information. Request a fresh link when needed.

Why do confirmed clients use Google sign-in?

Google sign-in protects confirmed client records and connects access to the approved customer email account.

Can I reply directly to an automated email?

Replies are not automatically added to your storage record. Use the secure portal or contact Boyd’s Storage directly.

What should I do if I do not receive an email?

Check Spam or Junk, confirm the submitted address, and contact Boyd’s Storage if the message has not arrived.

Is an email marked “accepted” proof that I received it?

No. Provider acceptance means the email was accepted for processing, not that it was delivered, opened, or read.

Should I send payment information through the portal or email?

No. Never send card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or sensitive financial information through messages or email.

How is my information used?

Information is used to review requests, communicate, prepare quotes, manage arrangements, document payments, and operate the facility. See the privacy notice.

Who should I contact if the website is not working?
